Do you charge for shipping on membership packages?
No. Shipping is complimentary on all of our membership packages.

Do you offer the option to pick up my order?
Yes, you may choose to have your order picked up. Ordinarily merchandise can be picked up from games that the CSSC are attending, however during the offseason this will not be possible. It is up to you to organise pick up of your order if you choose this option. You can contact our merchandise officer at merchandise@cronullasupporters.com in order to do this.

How much do you charge for all other shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $11.00 express post for all orders regardless of how large or small they are. In some instances (eg. if your order is particularly large) we may ship by standard rather than express post to offset some of our postage costs - if this is the case we'll advise you by email prior to posting.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this stage we are only accepting orders from Australia.
